All About Yoga with Rachna

Yoga with Rachna is a Philanthropy venture of Ms. Rachna. The inspiration for this venture came to her in 2020-21 when she started taking free Yoga sessions for Covid Patients. It was disheartening and at the same time very disturbing for her to see widespread wrong information about Yoga and most of the participants she met online had very limited knowledge of Yoga and few of them were practicing the wrong technique leading to more harm than good. She decided to bring the Ancient Science of Yoga to the masses via her first Venture Yog with Rachna. Additionally, this venture will work towards other causes including Girl Child equal opportunity, Village Self-sufficiency programs and others. 

The Venture in addition to Philanthropy work will also investigate forming alliances with Large Enterprises and Government to make a greater impact globally.

Rachna is mentored by professionals with over two decades of experience and the company plans to induct these mentors into the advisory board to the company formally in due course and details of the board formation will be shared when available. 

Yoga with Rachna has made a humble start and after few successful pilots, has a plan to make a global footprint.

About Rachna

Rachna has been a Yoga practitioner for over a decade. Along this path, she has picked up multiple degrees and certifications. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach. Her Yoga Education includes Certification by Ministry of Ayush as Yoga Protocol Instructor, MSc. In Yoga Sciences and Yoga Instructor from S-VYASA Bangalore and Foundation & CCYPI Course from MDNIY Delhi where she secured first Distinction. Apart from this she have done Mind Naturopath Yoga Mastery Course from Dr. Pankaj Shukla.

An MBA Professional who has rich work experience in working for Multinational Organizations. She has rich experience in dealing with large corporate and organizing for them key marketing and human resource programs and events. This experience has given her very deep insight into the work environment and issues related to employee health and mental well-being. 

She is a firm believer that Yoga can be transformational for Global Citizens and can bring about key positive changes in individual health and societal environment. With Zeal to spread her Yoga knowledge including expertise in Hatha Yoga, Asthanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Kriyas, Asanas and advanced Meditation she incorporated Yogs with Rachna in the year 2021.

She has rich experience in conducting live and online Yoga Sessions. Her expertise and knowledge of Yoga Sutras and traditional Meditation has resulted in transformation life shift among her students. Her rich experience working in Multinational company focused on marketing and employee relation solutions makes her prolific motivation speaker.

She believes that learning should never stop and her zeal to spread Yoga Science comes from her deep belief summarized beautifully in Pavamana Mantra

असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय । मृत्योर्मामृतं गमय ॥ asato mā sad-gamaya, tamaso mā jyotir-gamaya, mṛtyor-māmṛtaṃ gamaya.
